HMSA's HealthPass

This award-winning health promotion and prevention program is a unique benefit available at no cost to eligible HMSA members. HealthPass provides an annual health risk assessment to:

Measure blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose and body composition.
Identify risk factors that can be changed or controlled.
Assist members in developing a personal plan to achieve their wellness goals.
Refer members to health education classes and digital coaching sessions.
Encourage appropriate follow-up care and connect members with their primary care physicians.
Offer preventive exams to eligible members. (These services must be arranged and scheduled by HealthPass.)

LOCATIONS

HealthPass has six convenient locations throughout the state and also offers work site screenings. This program supports the physician-patient relationship and serves to supplement members' regular medical care.
